October HAPPY HOUR
Wednesday, October 9, 2019, 20:00, 99% Moto Bar at Harley Davidson, Carrer de Joan Güell, 207
Are you interested in networking in the English language community? Would you like to meet the ASB Board, find out what's going on in the English speaking community or get the latest information on all the new events the ASB is planning? Then come to our monthly Happy Hour. All are welcome!
Join the American Society for a night of fun and free networking with leaders of Barcelona's international community! ASB members and non-members are invited to celebrate the cultures of Barcelona, Spain and the United States, to meet to discuss issues important to our group, network, and help NGOs get visibility.
This month we will feature an interview with the team from Patrullas Ciudadanas, including Eliana Guerrero and Angelique Everstz, who are committed to keeping expats, residents and visitors to Barcelona safe while on Barcelona's public transportation system and on the street. Come meet them and hear what they have to say!
We will also have an update from Democrats Abroad Barcelona on the bipartisan mission to get people registered to vote as well as some of their upcoming events.
Barcelona's own Donation and Transplantation Institute fund raising team will give an update on fundraising efforts and the latest on organ donations.
Barcelona International Community Day is almost here and Barcelona Metropolitan will give an update on this event taking place on October 26th!
