We are delighted to invite you to join us for our annual Thanksgiving Dinner! The chefs at the Renaissance are preparing another fabulous Thanksgiving Dinner especially for the ASB with all the trimmings. Our evening begins with a cava reception, then the traditional Thanksgiving dinner buffet, including a selection of salads, holey glazed ham, oven roasted turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, gravy, cranberry sauce, pumpkin, apple and pecan pies... and so much more!

Thanksgiving RaffleFundraising for a good cause
We’ll be having another Thanksgiving raffle with a number gift boxes filled with holiday treats - the grand prize is a traditional holiday basket which also includes a Spanish ham. Each ticket is only 5.00 EUR each, and all raffle ticket sales will be donated to Judith, a girl staying at the Casa Ronald McDonald Barcelona. She needs a new wheelchair and we're going to help her get it! (Read a letter from Judith below.) |

For EARLY registration, ticket pricing is as follows: ASB Members: 52.00 EUR* ASB Friends: 62.00 EUR* ALL Children aged 6-15: 20.00 EUR ALL Children aged 0-5: free Since seating is limited on this very special occasion, advance registration and payment is required, so if you haven't already signed up, please do so today! Every year our Thanksgiving Dinner sells out and, unfortunately, we've had to turn people away– the last thing we want to do on such a special occasion! MEET JUDITH

My name is Judith, I'm 18 years old and I'm from Isla Cristina (Huelva). I suffer from Spina bifida and Hydrocephalus, and for health reasons right now I am in Barcelona because I need to have a number of surgical procedures.
At this moment I have a wheelchair that I have outgrown. It is now much too small for me; it is preventing my wounds from healing and is painful to use. I need to buy a new one and it will cost my family € 7,500. A Catalan foundation will help me with part of the amount, but I still need €5,500 and my family cannot assume the expense, nor do I have any state assistance for it. As you can imagine, it is not luxury, but a necessity. Any help you could give me, or if you know someone who can, would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much for your support.
