Scott S. Wishart
An American "expat" in Europe for over 15 years, Scott served a year as a Lobbyist at the European Parliament, and as a Business Analyst and Systems Consultant for Federal Express on both sides of the Atlantic.
In addition to legal, business and information systems qualifications, Scott is completing his Doctorate in Comparative Law at the University of Navarra, Pamplona, where he also serves as Assistant Dean, International Programme, Associate Director of the bilingual Anglo-American Law Program and Associate Professor of Law. Scott is currently Of Counsel, with Brosa Abogados y Economistas of Barcelona.
